According to reports, the late actor's Will leaves everything to his stepson, and nothing to his wife of 34 years, Jan Rooney (they separated in 2012), or to his 8 biological children.
Unfortunately it doesn't look like there is much to fight over. Although he was the highest paid actor in Hollywood 70 years ago, Rooney's personal property totaled just $18,000 at his death, according to papers filed with his Will.
